We conduct a meticulous room-by-room evaluation, identifying hazards, assessing safety features, and suggesting improvements. This includes securing deck rails, ensuring smoke alarms are in place, and addressing significant maintenance needs.
Safety is Paramount:
Special attention is devoted to slip/trip hazards, pool security, electrical safety, and glass integrity. External factors such as tree growth affecting the property structure are also advised if necessary.
Maintenance Documentation:
Any general maintenance issues or urgent repairs are documented and reported, along with recommendations for property improvements like painting, new flooring or updating window coverings.
Tenant Responsibilities:

- Documentation: If unable to be present during the inspection, leave a detailed note on the kitchen bench regarding any property concerns.
